Q. May I choose the type of software that I'm interested in?
A. Our monthly CD-ROMs include software from all categories we cater to. (Perfect for the family seeking Software solutions in several different areas of interest.)  If you would like full retail selections instead of the monthly CD, simply call customer service and ask to be switched to our Family Club.

Q. How many volumes must I commit to during my membership?
A. There are no commitments at all. You may cancel the membership at any time by contacting our Customer Service Department.
